PRIVACY & SAFETY
Before beginning the elaboration of the piece, any type of doubt has been discussed and agreed upon and resolved with the client. During the design and making of the jewel the customer receives several photos along the process and there is a continuous dialogue with the artist. This is why, except in case of damage of the jewel during transportation, returns are not accepted. Other reasons do not apply.
